St Patrick's Athletic beat Bohemians 3-1 in their Dublin derby in the Airtricity League Premier Division.

Two goals from Christy Fagan and a free-kick from Killian Brennan sealed an impressive win for Liam Buckley's side after Derek Prendergast's header for Bohs had left the sides tied 1-1 at the break.

The win sees the Saints move up to fourth place in the table above their Dublin rivals on goal difference.

Meanwhile, in the First Division, UCD beat Shelbourne 2-1 in Belfield and Wexford Youths defeated Athlone Town, 2-0 at Ferrycarrig Park.
