At least 15 people are reported to have been killed in a stadium disaster in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The incident occurred in a domestic match between ASV Club and Tout Puissant Mazembe in the capital Kinshasa after police fired tear gas at supporters, triggering a stampede.
"Four policemen were harassed by supporters. When they fired tear gas, the stampede began, causing the deaths," a local minister told Reuters.

24 were reported to have been injured.
