In two days' time, Spain's long-time King Juan Carlos is set to abdicate the throne. That succession appears to be a smooth transition. But not so for the Spanish national team according to ESPN and Radio Marca expert Eduardo Alvarez.

He joined us again on the latest episode of Team 33 to discuss the fallout from Spain's humiliating 5 - 1 defeat to the Netherlands in Salvador and he spoke about the way that Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa should not start if Koke is not included, and vice versa.

He also talked about the possibility of change at goalkeeper and analyzed whether Vicent Del Bosque failed to renew the team sufficiently with talented young players since the Euro 2012 victory.

Episode 9 of Team 33 also sees us catch up with our Off The Ball cousin Joe Molloy who stayed on in Salvador to take in Germany's thrashing of Portugal. He gave us his first hand impressions of Cristiano Ronaldo's body language and Germany's might.

We also have our first ever Wenger Watch where we check what the French TV pundit is making of the action and players. Plus we see what the foreign papers are making of the standout results.

Joe also caught up with David McWilliams who revealed why he wants Argentina to win the World Cup.
