Nicolas Roche is back up to 16th place after there was a sprint finish to the seventh stage of the Giro d'Italia.

German sprinter Andre Greipel claimed his second stage victory of this year's race after he was first across the line in Foligno.

Roche finished safely in the bunch to remain 1 minute 15 seconds behind the overall race leader, Tom Dumoulin of the Netherlands, and just seven seconds behind his Team Sky leader, Mikel Landa.
