Neil Warnock says he has turned down the chance to become the new Nottingham Forest manager.

The former Sheffield United and QPR manager had been heavily touted for the job after Billy Davies was sacked this morning.

Gary Brazil has been put in temporary charge of the team until a replacement can be found.

Forest are just outside the Championship playoff places, two points behind sixth place Reading with nine games to go.
