In one of the biggest shocks to have ever occurred at SW19, two-time Wimbledon champion Rafael Nadal was knocked out by Steve Darcis in the opening round.
The French Open champion and 5th seed lost out to the Belgian 7-6 7-6 6-4 on Court 1.
The Spaniard had lost the first two sets on tie-breaks and also trailed by a break of serve in the third set.

But his opponent, who was ranked 126th in the World and had never beaten a Top 5 player, held his nerve in the final game to grab a precious and wholly unexpected victory.
