Munster fans are in a race against time to make it to Dublin in time for their side's Champions Cup semi-final against Saracens due to traffic delays.

A number of accidents led to road closures on the M7, which is the route that many Munster fans travelling from the south would be using to get to the capital.

Updates on the AA Roadwatch Twitter page state that the collisions have since been cleared but that delays remain in place.

As a result, Munster's travelling support from the rugby strongholds of Cork, Limerick and other parts of the southern province will struggle to get to the Aviva stadium on time for the 3.15 kick-off.

Many are pleading for the start of the game to be delayed as they try to crawl through the traffic.
