Munster's chances of topping their pool in the Heineken Cup have been handed another boost as Perpignan revealed that they are resting two key players.

The French Top 14 side have announced that second-row Luke Charteris and full-back James Hook will both be rested for the return visit after Munster's impressive win at Thomond Park last weekend.

Ahead of Saturday's game, Munster head coach Rob Penney has also added Tommy O'Donnell to his Heineken Cup squad.

The fit-again flanker is now in contention for this weekend, with the injured Niall Ronan the player to make way.

Last night, Dave McIntyre interviewed Penney on Off The Ball. Click here to listen back.
