Manchester United manager David Moyes has repeated that Wayne Rooney is not for sale.

The want-away striker has missed most of United's pre-season tour of Asia because of a hamstring injury, but Moyes revealed that he expects the 27-year-old to be back in action for United's upcoming friendly against AIK Fotboll in Stockholm in early August.

Rooney has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer after it emerged that he had told Alex Ferguson that he wanted to leave United after 9 seasons at Old Trafford.

Buy Moyes has reiterated that the club have no interest in selling one of their star players.
