Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been charged with improper conduct following his side's Premier League defeat at Aston Villa on Saturday.

He was sent to the stands by referee Chris Foy after his reaction to Ramires' red card.

The Football Association say Mourinho's charge was due to re-entering the field of play and approaching the match official.

The Chelsea s boss has until 6pm on March 24th to respond to the charge.
