Happy May the 4th - the day that has been dubbed an unofficial 'Star Wars Day' because the date sounds vaguely like 'may the force...'! And unsurprisingly the day has been marked by some fresh details about the upcoming seventh 'episode' in the film series.
As revealed by Vanity Fair, Girls actor Adam Driver will indeed be playing Kylo Ren - the masked villain who was seen wielding the controversial 'next generation' lightsaber in the original teaser trailer for the upcoming film. He's said to be "loyal to the evil First Order", with a new image from set showing an unmasked Ren leading a pair of snowtroopers.

The first details have also been revealed about Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong’o’s character. She'll be playing a CGI character named Maz Kanata, who is said to be a pirate - although no details if the character will be loyal to the film's heroes, villains or indeed neither.
