The latest installment "D'Movie" and had its premiere in the Savoy Cinema in Dublin last night where many fans waited in the rain to catch a glimpse of the shows stars.
The television comedy which stars Brendan O’Carroll as Agnes Brown, an Irish matriarch, has been a smash hit ever since it first appeared on TV in 2011 and the film hopes to be the same.
The film sees fruit and veg trader Mrs Brown fight to save her market stall from a ruthless developer.
The Mrs Brown Christmas Special last year racked up 9.4 million viewers for BBC 1 and the series was also a smash hit for RTE.
And Brendan says he didn't look at successful small screen to cinema adaptations - like The Inbetweeners and Alan Partridge - for inspiration:
