Phil Mickelson has replaced Rory McIlroy as World Number 2 following his first Open Championship win at Muirfield yesterday.
The American carded a sensational final round of 66 to finish the only player below-par on 3 under.
The Open win was the 43-year-old's fifth Major of his career.
