Mercedes Formula One team and Pirelli have been found guilty of breaching rules over tyre testing.

Tyre suppliers Pirelli have been reprimanded, while Mercedes have also been suspended from an F1 young driver test.

The team which features Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg took part in a three-day test at in Spain last month, even though the team claimed that they received "qualified approval" from the FIA.

In-season testing is prohibited under current F1 rules.
