Rory McIlroy has moved up four places in the World Rankings as a result of his victory at the PGA Championship at Wentworth.

The former World Number 1 has risen from tenth to sixth as he added a silver lining to what was a tough week off the course.

Australia's Adam Scott retains his top ranking, ahead of Henrik Stenson and Tiger Woods.
