Conor McGregor's "retire young" tweet has broken records for the number of retweets for a sportsperson.
Since the UFC featherweight champion - who is not retiring - sent out the tweet to Twitter users, it has received 165,000 retweets:
I have decided to retire young.

The previous sportsperson record was held by NBA star Kobe Bryant when he tweeted his own genuine retirement announcement, with over 130,000 retweets:
