Maurice Deegan has been confirmed as the referee for the All Ireland Football final replay.
It will be the third time the Laois native has presided over an All-Ireland, having taken charge of the 2008 and 2012 finals.
"I’m delighted, the wait yesterday was hard, I just found out this morning, and I’m really honoured that I will get the chance to referee another All-Ireland Final," he said.
Conor Lane presided over Sunday's drawn final between Mayo and Dublin.
Meanwhile, the Central Competitions Control Committee are investigating the pre-match scuffles involving Dublin and Mayo players.
They are also reviewing the matter of the Dublin team exiting their dressing room late.
