Ulster  will be without Luke Marshall for this Friday's Heineken Cup clash with Glasgow at Ravenhill. The inside centre has been ruled-out for four to six weeks with a fractured finger that requires surgery, which will also mean he is likely to miss out on selection for the Irish Six Nations squad. F-back Adam D'Arcy will also miss Friday night’s encounter as he sustained a fractured ankle during last weekend’s win over Scarlets in the RaboDirect Pro 12.

Better news for the Pool 4 leaders comes with Dan Tuohy’s inclusion ina  27 man panel. The Irish international was considered doubtful for the game following an aggravation of his calf injury during last Friday’s game. is that second-row Dan Tuohy has been included in an extended 27-man panel for Friday's game.

In a further boost, first-choice full-back Jared Payne is also in the panel as he continues his recovery from a groin strain.

Meanwhile, Leinster's chances of getting their Heineken Cup defence back on-track have been boosted by the news that the Scarlets may not be able to call on Welsh international George North for this Saturday's pool game at the RDS. The winger is a doubt for this weekend after he was sent for head and neck scans after picking-up an injury during last weekend's defeat in Belfast. The Scarlets say that 20-year-old hasn't been ruled-out of the trip to Dublin as yet, but have admitted that it's more likely that he will return next week.
