Eddie Alvarez's coach has praised Conor McGregor's fighting ability as well as his accent.

Mark Henry joined Off The Ball ahead of the lightweight title fight at UFC205 on November 12th at Madison Square Garden.

"When you do fight Conor, there's a lot of people watching and deservedly so. Even before being a fighter, he's an amazing entertainer. He's hilarious, he's got an accent which goes far in America. Great accent and he's awesome. He's got knockout power. He's an amazing fighter. Some of the best stand-up I've ever seen. He's fast, he's smart," he said.

"It's a big fight whenever you fight him. A big draw." 

Henry also added that McGregor's wrestling ability can be "under-valued", citing good take-downs against Max Holloway in 2013.#

After previous verbals between himself and Conor McGregor's camp, Henry also said "I'm very apologetic for what I did say about Conor. A coach should definitely not disrespect a fighter and it was definitely no place for me to talk about".
