The Formula 1 team formerly known as Marussia has moved closer to making a return to the sport.

Manor has agreed a Company Voluntary Agreement with its creditors to come out of administration.

It is believed several obstacles remain in the team's way to return to the grid, but the CVA is a major step forward.
