Manchester United and Chelsea have officially agreed a fee for Juan Mata.

The price is believed to be about €44 million which is a club record transfer fee for United.

Mata will complete his move to Old Trafford subject to a medical term and an agreement on personal terms. 

Earlier today, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho described United's approach as a "the right offer".
