Manchester City have beaten West Brom 3-0 in tonight's Barclays Premier League clash at the Hawthorns.

City have demonstrated their title credentials after a dominant performance against their hosts.

Two goals in the first-half, which have been credited to Yaya Toure, as well as a powerful second-half header from Vincent Kompany led City to claim all three points.

The first of Toure's long-range strikes could still be awarded to his team-mate David Silva, who got a slight flick onto the midfielder's shot.

Irish international James McClean started for West Brom, but his debut for the club lasted just 45 minutes before he was replaced at half-time.
