Manchester City have been fined just under €60 million by UEFA for breaching football's Financial Fair Play rules.

European football's governing body says two-thirds of that amount has been suspended.

City have also had their Champions League squad for next season reduced from 25 players to 21.

The Premier League champions say they will not be appealing the decision and have agreed to limit their spending for the next two seasons.
