Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has revealed that advice from Didier Drogba and ex-Arsenal striker helped him improve his game.
The Belgium international has scored 25 goals in all competitions for his club this season and cited former Chelsea team-mate and mentor Drogba, and Arsenal legend Wright as two people whose advice proved invaluable.
"I think I answered the question well enough: ‘What can Romelu do, and what can’t he do?’ I spoke about it with Didier [Drogba] and Ian Wright; they gave me a few tips," the 22-year-old said in an interview with DH in Belgium.
"I changed my game enormously since last year. I am sometimes too introverted. I'm too afraid to ask for the ball and try. If it does not work, I have to try again, continue until it works. This is what has increased my number of goals and assists."
