Liverpool face a tough Champions League group after being placed in Pot 3 for next season's tournament.

That means the Reds could be drawn in a group featuring Spain's Top and Borussia Dortmund, PSG or Juventus in the worst case scenario.

Arsenal will be in Pot 1 should they get through the final qualifying stage, while Chelsea are also among the Top Eight sides.

Manchester City are in Pot 2 but they have the lowest co-efficient points of the second tier teams.
