Liverpool's good form continued this afternoon with a 2-1 win at Bournemouth.

After a thrilling victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League on Thursday night, a much-changed Reds side made it three domestic matches unbeaten to rise to 8th in the Premier League table.

Roberto Firmino gave Jurgen Klopp's side the lead when he capitalised on a rebound four minutes before the break, and even before the half-time whistle had blown, Daniel Sturridge headed in the second.

Josh King's stoppage time goal for Bournemouth was not enough to turn the game around as they stay 13th, 11 points above the drop.
