Tim Sherwood begins his career as Tottenham’s interim manager this afternoon in the first of Newstalk’s two live Premier League games.

Sherwood and Spurs go to St. Mary’s to face Southampton in their first game since the 5-0 defeat to Liverpool that saw Andre Villas-Boas lose his job as manager.

Kick off there is at 1.30 and we have commentary from Ray Houghton and Tim Long.

The day’s late kick off is Everton’s trip to Wales and Swansea with the reward of a top 4 spot if they can get a win.

Roberto Martinez leads his Everton side to the club where he managed until 2009. Swansea can move into the top half of the table if they can avoid defeat today.
