French club AS Monaco has been slapped with a two point penalty ahead of the new Ligue 1 season.
The punishment relates to a pitch invasion at the Stade Louis II last season.
Monaco fans had ran onto the pitch during their 2 - 1 win over Le Mans which secured promotion in May.

Monaco have been one of the biggest spending clubs in Europe, bringing in Radamel Falcao, James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho for a combined fee of over €130 million.
