With Ulster already qualified for the Rabo Pro 12 final at the RDS, Leinster will hope to overcome the challenge of Glasgow in the second semi-final.
Sean O'Brien faces a late fitness test ahead of the 7.35pm kick off with Shane Jennings primed to cover for him in case he is unavailable.
Joe Schmidt has made nine changes from the side that beat Ospreys 37 - 19 last week with Brian O'Driscoll, Gordon D'Arcy and Isaac Boss among the names drafted in. That means Fergus McFadden will be shifted to the wing, while Devin Toner comes into the second row in place of Quinn Roux and Jamie Heaslip starts at 8.
Jonny Sexton starts at No 10 which means Ian Madigan will start from the bench. Andrew Conway also makes way.
