Leinster have won the RaboDirect Pro12 Grand Final, with a 24-18 victory over Ulster. Jonny Sexton supplemented an early Shane Jennings try with some excellent kicking on his final appearance before departing the province for France.

Ruan Pienaar scored all of Ulster’s points but a late surge was quelled by the men in blue and Joe Schmidt leaves his time as Leinster head coach on a winning note.
