Leinster have confirmed that flanker Rhys Ruddock broke his arm during last Saturday's Champions Cup win over Harlequins.

The Irish international is now set to be out of action for between 4-6 weeks, joining the likes of Sean O'Brien, Cian Healy, Marty Moore, Ben Te'o, Fergus McFadden and Shane Jennings on the treatment table.

Head coach Matt O'Connor's side edged their way to a one point victory over Quins on Saturday and are now preparing to face Connacht and Munster over the next two weeks in the Guinness Pro12.
