Pro 12
Glasgow 17 - 9 Benetton Treviso FT
Leinster 33 - 8 Edinburgh FT
Ospreys 26 - 11 Connacht FT
Leinster 33 - 8 Edinburgh
Leinster made light work of Edinburgh in tonight's Pro 12 clash at the RDS.
Two tries from Dominic Ryan and another from No 8 Jack Conan saw the province build a strong lead, before Ben Marshall added a bonus point try.
Michael McGrath added another try to put gloss on the scoreline following good work from Luke Fitzgerald.
Tomas Leonardi scored a late try for Edinburgh but it was too little too late for the Scottish side.
But it wasn't all good news as the Leinster fans had to see two of their summer signings finish the night early with injuries.
Ben Te'o managed just 19 minutes of his competitive debut for Leinster before the giant centre had to come off with a suspected broken left forearm.
And Kane Douglas also had to be replaced by Ben Marshall before half-time.
Ospreys 26 - 11 Connacht
Connacht slipped to a disappointing 15 point defeat in Wales as Ospreys powered through.
A converted try from Jeff Hassler put the Ospreys ahead, shortly after Craig Ronaldson had kicked Connacht into the lead for the first time.
But the Welsh side went ahead and did not look back building a commanding lead thanks to a Martin Roberts try and Sam Davies's accuracy with the boot.
Eoin McKeon scored a consolation try for Connacht with five minutes to go, but it did little to overcome the disappointment of defeat.
