LeBron James has guided the Cleveland Cavaliers to their third NBA Finals in the past ten years.

The Cavaliers defeated the Toronto Raptors 113-87 in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Friday night. The win in Canada gave the Cavs a 4-2 series win.

Since James has returned to his local team after a four-season spell in Miami, he has led the Cavaliers to back-to-back Finals appearances.

After the win, a game which ensure James' sixth consecutive appearance in the NBA Finals, he told ESPN that he belives the team can still improve in the Finals.

"It is very emotional to be a part of something like this. This is my sixth straight. It means everything", James revealed after the win.

The Cavaliers could meet the Golden State Warriors in a repeat of last year's Finals next month. The Warriors currently trail the Oklahoma City Thunder 3-2 in the best-of-seven series, with Game 6 scheduled to take place on Saturday night in America.
