Four-time All-Ireland winner Kieran Donaghy is returning to the Super league.

Basketball Ireland have confirmed that Tralee Town, which comprises a combination of Tralees' clubs, will enter the top tier of the league next season.

Kerry footballer Donaghy was part of the St Brendans side that captured the Intermediate Cup last January, having won a National Cup with Tralee Tigers in 2005.

It has also been confirmed that Dublin KUBS have been granted permission to play in the top flight next season.
