Kerry have retained their Munster football title in emphatic fashion, beating Cork by 0-24 to 0-12 at Pairc Ui Choaimh this afternoon.

James O’Donoghue led the way for Kerry with 10 points.

Eamonn Fitzmaurice’s Kerry side were relentless and at no time more than the first half, when Cork went from the 7th to 37th minute without registering a single score. A failure to convert chances was the only thing that restricted Kerry’s lead to 0-13 to 0-8 at the break.
