Kenny Cunningham says the lack of dynamism displayed by Manchester United at the moment is a "fundamental problem" and one that manager Louis van Gaal will have to acknowledge.
The former Ireland defender joined us on Off The Ball tonight after the Reds played out an uninspired 0-0 draw against PSV, failing to seal progression to the Champions League knockout stages in the process for now.
"They've got to quicken up, they've got to pass the ball quicker, be a little bit more dynamic in terms of how they use the ball and their movement as well. I think that's a fundamental problem and I think Van Gaal will have to accept that and take that on board," said Kenny.
"They're not going to win the league title if they continue to replicate this type of performance week in week out. He needs to find an answer to it."
