Juventus have booked their place in the UEFA Champions League final after securing a 2-1 win over Monaco in the second leg of their semi final tie.

Having won the first leg 2-0 at Stade Louis II last week, Juve finished off the job in Turin to set up a 4-1 aggregate win and pave their way to a final where they will either meet Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid.

Juve hit the front on 33 minutes when Croatian forward Mario Mandzukic followed up an initial header with a finish to make it 1-0.

And 11 minutes later, Dani Alves who had set up two goals for Gonzalo Higuain in the first leg with a volleyed effort from range to make it 2-0 and leave Monaco with a mountain to climb.

The Ligue 1 side did stage a limited fight back as prolific young striker Kylian Mbappe scored on 69 minutes to leave the scores at 2-1 but it was too little too late as Juve qualified for their second Champions League final in three years.

They lost to Barcelona two years ago and will definitely face La Liga opposition once again in this season's final.

Real and Atletico face each other in the second leg of their tie on Wednesday with Cristiano Ronaldo and co leading 3-0 from last week.
