F.A.I Chief executive John Delaney was front and centre in getting the new Galway FC together and the Unified tribesmen will now play in the first division under Tommy Dunne at Eamonn Deacy park (nee Terryland Park).

Delaney wants another team in the first division and that's likely to be Shamrock Rovers B but could it be from somewhere else maybe even Kerry.

At the launch of GalwayFC I spoke to Delaney about that as well as how Martin O'Neill and Roy Keane have started as Ireland new senior management team.
