Jimmy Kimmel's latest edition of Lie Witness News has exposed so-called soccer fans. The chat show host sent his reporter to Hollywood Boulevard, to ask people to rate Landon Donovan's performance in the World Cup.

The only thing is, Donovan was cut from the USA team in May, before the tournament even started!
