The World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) will audit Jamaican athletic's drug testing procedures over accusations that they are too lax.

In July, a Jamaican athletics camp was raided following revelations that sprinter Asafa Powell had tested positive for a banned substance.

Former Jamaican Anti-Doping Director Renee Anne Shirley alleged that its athletes were not tested outside of competition for five of the seven months before last year's Olympics.

This has been refuted by Jamaican athletics but has created enough concern for WADA to become involved in the issue.
