Liverpool have topped their group in the Europa League.

The Reds only needed a draw from tonight's trip to Switzerland to face Sion in order to advance to the last-32 as Group B winners and the two sides played out a scoreless draw that suited both clubs with the Swiss side also going through as runners-up.

Meanwhile, Celtic's European campaign has finished in a 1-1 draw.

The Hoops battled back to claim a point against their hosts Fenerbahce in Istanbul.

Former Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic gave the Turkish side the lead but they were reduced to 10 men shortly after the hour mark, which allowed Kris Commons to score an equaliser for the visitors.
