The Joule Donegal International Rally is taking place in June attracting 70,000 spectators bringing in over €25 million to the economy. I went along to Rally School Ireland in Monaghan to learn how to drive a Rally car and meet some of the drivers and see could I get the job vacancy on Top Gear.
