One Irish punter will be feeling even more delighted than the Manchester City squad who won the Premier League title after bagging €577,000 in a Paddy Power accumulator.

Every single results that needed to go right for him went to plan for the lucky Leinsterman on yesterday's final day.

Of the nine results that he needed to fall his away, the closest call came at Selhurst Park where Crystal Palace led Fulham 2 - 1 heading into the final stages.

With the lucky punter needing a draw between the two London clubs, up stepped Chris David to score a fantastic long-range goal in added time. Unbeknownst to the Fulham youngster, his first goal for the club would bag a very happy Irishman €477,000 plus a €100,000 bonus. Hat's off to the lucky fella who will probably have to name his children Chris or David!
