Irish gymnast Kieran Behan has qualified for the All Around Individual final at the European Games in Baku.

Behan, who was the second ever Irish gymnast to qualify for an Olympic games when he did so in 2012, was the only Irish gymnast to progress from today's qualifying session after ranking in 17th place overall.

Earlier, Jenny Egan has failed to qualify for the final of the 200 metre Kayak Singles while Andrzej Jezierski had to settle for a place in the B final of the Men's 200 metre Canoe Singles after finishing 5th in his semi-final.
