Ireland made it two wins from three in the 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship as they defeated England in Ashbourne.

In a tightly fought encounter, Larissa Muldoon's try and three points off the boot of Niamh Briggs has helped to bring Ireland level on the scoreboard after England had edged in front.

But Ireland got the vital three points as Briggs converted a late penalty.

Meanwhile the Ireland men's Under-20's suffered a narrow 19 points to 14 defeat to England at Donnybrook.

Stephen Fitzgerald's try for Nigel Carolan's side had helped Ireland to draw level mid-way through the second-half, but England centre Joe Marchant crossed for the decisive score shortly afterwards to secure a five point win for the visitors.
