Ireland defender Shane Duffy scored two own goals and received a late red card as Blackburn lost 2-1 to Cardiff City.

The club are bottom of the Championship and things didn't improve tonight.

The first own goal for Duffy went in after 15 minutes of play due to an unfortunate rebound off the post that struck him on its way in as Cardiff hit the front.

And the second came just six minutes after that when the ball went in off his head.

In stoppage time, a forgettable night for the centre-back ended with a red card for a second yellow card.
