Nicolas Walsh probably has the best view of the differences and similarities between coaching in Ireland and Australia at the elite level.

He has previously worked with the GAA and the Cavan county board and is currently the coach at AFL side GWS Giants in Sydney. 

The ex-Cavan player, now coaching the Irish international rules squad with manager Paul Earley, spoke with Oisin Langan about preparing the squad for the test against Australia on Saturday, and coaching at large.
