Ireland have been well beaten by South Africa in Canberra by 201 runs.

The Cricket World Cup favourites set a total of 412 and bowled Ireland out for 210.

The Proteas posted their second 400-plus total in as many matches, with Hashim Amla hitting 159.

Although the Irish were able to bat for almost 45 of their 50 overs, they were finally bowled out for 210.

Phil Simmons' side now have a must-win match with Zimbabwe on Saturday.
