Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland side are set to play in yet another friendly before finally getting a chance to play a competitive international.

The FAI has announced that they will host Oman on September 3rd at the Aviva Stadium.

As well as the up-coming tour to the USA, the game against Oman will give O'Neill a final opportunity to settle on his best team before the opening Euro 2016 qualifier against Georgia, which takes place on September 7th.
