LIT beat UCD by a 1-20 to 1-13 scoreline at Limerick IT.
Earlier, IT Carlow defeated UL 4-16 to 0-23 at the UL Grounds.

The two colleges will meet in the last four on Friday February 24th.
On Tuesday, UCC and defending champions Mary I made their way into the semi finals by overcoming DCU and NUI Galway respectively.
